Can the dealership stop your car from starting if you miss payments?

i just saw this,i know it's been 6 months,but YES! they can and will do this.everything is hunky dory as long as the payments are made,BUT if you get so many payments behind, then the car won't start.if you want to see how it works,just watch the TV SHOW "BAIT CAR"
