Sub-frame rotted & CV joint fell out after recall work.Is it repairable?

Dealer says since they sprayed the frame during the recall, they are not responsible for subframe corrrosion, CV joint fell out, tie-bars broke, new tire destroyed etc. Any suggestions? If we replace the subframe and do the other repairs, will that be considered a safe repair? What should it cost? thanks
