Engine won’t turn over

What is your question?

Lights and windows turn on/roll down, but engine does not even start to turn over. Only noises I hear are a faint humming while I’m turning the key for a few seconds. The car does a “system check” and the engine light and oil light both turn on.

What makes this problem better or worse?

How long has your 2018 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?

A couple weeks ago it was low on coolant and it started, but now coolant is fine and still won’t start
