What is your question?
my car was making a beeping noise and I did not realizes it was the temp gage until three days later. A male helped me, he put water in the coolant area and he remove a cap where he put water there also. I purchase some coolant the same day and waited three days before someone put it into the car. The car was fine for the rest of the week until last night. the temperature gage was moving back and froth from cool to hot.

Hello, my first question would be: why was the coolant low, if it was? Is there a leak somewhere? A pressure test of the cooling system should be performed. Someone should have a look to see if the system has the correct coolant level now, purge any existing air pockets, and ensure a 50/50 coolant and water mixture as proper. Once all that is checked and verified, then a check of cooling system performance should be performed, road testing the vehicle and using a diagnostic tool to verify engine coolant temperature while driving. All of this really requires hands on professional testing - keep in mind, depending on your mileage and ownership status, you may still have some factory warranty coverage available to you and may wish to see your local dealership.
