What is your question?
I leave my headlights on automatic and several times when driving at night or very early morning my headlights have completed turned off and then turned back on a couple seconds later. Each time it was definitely dark and should not have turned off and was not driving through a highly illuminated area. Can not replicate the problem it just happens occasionally but it very concerning and dangerous. No warning lights or codes or anything has been found to cause this. Light sensor under windshield is also not blocked or dirty
How long has your 2017 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?
Several weeks

Hello, something may be obscuring the photo sensor that sees how dark it is, or the headlight switch itself could be a concern -- or the wiring behind the switch. The worst part is that it's almost impossible to determine until the failure happens often enough to be traced.
