What is your question?
I had to replace the battery on my 2016 Elantra but when tightening down the positive battery terminal bolt, it snapped off. The positive battery terminal is encased in a plastic shield with some fuses and jump starting block. There is no room to maneuver the cable or plastic assembly or to remove the broken positive terminal out of the plastic assembly or at least I don't know how and need assistance. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, you may want to seek guidance from a local dealership; under 36,000 miles even your battery would have been covered under warranty if you are under 3 years old -- But if it is longer than 3 years from purchase or with higher mileage, then this won't help much I suppose. Replacing the cable assembly is really the only choice in this case.
