What is your question?
First, my remote door locker wouldn't work, this in unison was only an issue when the radio/backup camera on the dash was not working and TPS light was on the dash is blinking then goes steady. I checked the tire pressure, all was good. Did not want to bother taking it in because I think electrical work would be a cost I could not afford. But now I just took it to get state inspection/ emissions done and was told that he couldnt do it because his device could not read my cars computer. I did get my tires replaced last year so maybe the TPS sensor was messed with accidentally..I dont know what it could be. Maybe the fuses are blown? Everything else works fine, lights, power windows, etc.
How long has your 2014 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?
Could be a year. No problems with last years inspection

The fuse for the data control link that the smog machine plugs into could indeed be blown. This could have nothing to do with the other concerns, or everything to do with them. It's impossible to know until you check all the fuses and find out if any are blown -- and then if one or more is -- why did they blow? Often times, the data link shares the circuit with the lighter or power point, and that fuse can blow due to accessory plug issues -- with what is plugged in, like a phone charger. As far as TPS light, radio and back up camera function and door locks -- sure, could be a fuse or fuses, but could also be an issue otherwise in the related circuits, such as a common ground that has an issue. Too hard to say without getting in there and checking fuses first. Your owners manual should have a listing of fuses, their locations, and what they protect.
