Do i pay the full price or do I get a deductible when taken out

What is your question?

I'm renting my car from CarMax and I'm already paying something so if my car need to go to a shop I need to know do I pay the full price or is it a deductible taken out from you already making that payment tours problems with my car

What makes this problem better or worse?

There's nothing wrong with my engine it just I hear clicking noise when I turn back up Buddhist and well I can hear it click and when I switch gears from Park to drive to reverse that's a clicking noise

How long has your 2014 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?
