What is your question?
My car has always been a bit of a rough ride, even when it was brand new. I replaced my two back tires and then shortly afterward went back to get my front brake pad replaced. Only about three drives after that, I noticed my steering wheel making this squeaking noise. When it does it naturally, it seems very erratic, not tied to turning or anything obvious, but I can usually make it do it by turning the steering wheel. But I'm not sure I can feel any steering problem. Maybe the tiniest bit, way once in a while it might feel like I'm driving in the wind for a moment. Maybe I am. I dunno. It feels more bumpy than anything else. But then, like I said, it always has. I can't decide if something is wrong in my steering wheel. I heard that's a thing. Or if the balance in my tires is just off. I also heard that could do it. I don't want to pay for yet another car repair visit if I don't have to, but I also don't want to drive a dangerous car.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Bumpy roads
How long has your 2013 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?
Around a month. I've been trying to determine if I felt a steering problem.

Hello, since the brakes were involved, I'd have a look at the front brakes, the backing plates and anything related to make sure all is installed properly and no contact is happening with the backing plate to the brake rotors or knuckles on turns.
