What is your question?
I had dim lights and nothing happened when I tried to start. I charged battery now all lights are bright and I am getting a clicking sound from area around starter. Is there any small checks I should do before going ahead and replacing the starter?

Yes. I'd have your battery tested and checked for state of charge and the ability to sustain the load of the starter motor. I think you'll find there's more charging to do, or in fact the battery may be unable to sustain a load even when charged. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
