What is your question?
My 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS has had P0017 for a long time. It runs and drives with no issues and no loss of power. I've changed the camshaft position sensors, the crankshaft position sensors, the oil control valve solenoid, and the oil+filter. When I clear the code it comes back within 30 seconds of starting and putting in drive.

Hi this is Dusty, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Chasing those codes when there's no evidence of a performance issue is frustrating! I see you've made some valiant attempts to remedy the issue, I have a couple of suggestions. Per Hyundai's repair information, the oil control valve solenoid has a small filter in the oil passage. I would pull the filter out (it's small, you may need a small pick or hook, possibly tweezers to remove it) and check it for any debris that may have been lodged in the filter, which would have negative impacts on the operation of the OCV and the CVVT system. If you find debris in there, you can clean it out with Brake Cleaner from your local auto parts chain, re-install it, check your oil level, clear the codes, and monitor the situation. The next would be more involved and would require removal of the camshafts to gain access to the CVVT assembly, and manually testing the movement of the actuator.
