What is your question?

Car makes a squeeling /screeching sound on start up and acceleration. Recently the alternator and serpentine belt were replaced but the sound continues. Why is that?

What makes this problem better or worse?

It does it whether it's hot or cold and if it's wet or dry outside.

How long has your 2010 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?

Didn't start until a month ago - after the alternator and serpentine y were replaced.
