Heater vent won't blow

What is your question?

All the vents work except the vents on the floor for the heater

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing changes even if I put the blower on high no air blows out of the floor vents

How long has your 2010 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?

Since I bought the car 40 days ago
