What is your question?
When I’m driving my car down the road a/c blows cold and everything is fine. However when I’m sitting in a parking spot idling the a/c turns hot and then the engine overheats and sounds like it’s bubbling.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Driving makes it better. Idling makes it worse.

Hello, sounds like maybe a cooling fan isn't turning on. Can you see if the electric fans are running when you have the air conditioning turned on? If not, there''s a fault there that requires diagnostic testing. When you're actively driving and moving, natural air flow comes in and the fans are less of an issue, but when sitting still - no fans are a big problem. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Seek local guidance at a shop near you if needed!
