Driver side passenger back window will allow it to be let down but won't work to go back up

Hello, a blown fuse would disrupt the power window circuit in both directions. If you have a concern with the window going down but not back up, you either have a weak motor or a binding regulator (the cables and gears that move the window in conjunction with the motor. The door panel must be removed for internal inspection and troubleshooting.
