Clutch master cylinder will not come out

It sounds like you've done everything right to free your Elantra's master cylinder, but sometime,es they can still get stuck, especially if there's rust or debris around the mounting area. Try gently wiggling and twisting it to break any seal created by corrosion or residue. You might also want to apply some penetrating oil around the mounting area, allowing it a few minutes to work in before trying again.
