What is your question?
Last few days it was hot out, my car would not start the first time but would turn over. I would take my keys out and start again and it would work. Now it has cooled off substantially and is not having this issue. Obviously it has something to do with temperature but I am not sure what.It has done this every day the last month it has been hot out, but doesnt do it on cooler days. Would also always work the second time I tried starting it.

Hello, sometimes during hotter than expected temperatures, the fuel quality can be an issue, and fuel can vaporize before hitting the engine in quantities. This is because there are several different "blends" of fuel during the course of the year for use in different environments and temperatures, and if the weather is abnormal with hotter or colder than expected temperatures, the fuel could cause this symptom. On the other hand, a full battery of testing should be performed to ensure you do not have early signs of a bigger issue that could fail more consistently down the road. Checking fuel pressure, ignition spark, air intake and exhaust flow is important, along with engine compression and timing.
