I went to auto zone,they have me.a deal to plug in by the steering wheel.I couldn't find the spot to plug it in.I can't find it in my manual.

Hello, the data link connector (DLC) is a connector located somewhere under the driver's side dash area. It's not hidden, although can be hard to find sometimes. Just keep looking.
