heater core gets hot but actuator door doesn't circulate heat

What is your question?

The heater core gets hot but doesn't circulate heated air. All the online diagrams show temperature arm, lever and actuator door in line drawings on the passenger side but nothing to show how to check it or how they work together or replace. Does anyone have suggestions, even a link to a YouTube or something that shows the DIY instructions? Any help would be appreciated!
