Hello, do you mean that there is no air flow -- no fan operation? If so, you'll need to check (as you mentioned) for any blown fuses. Then, it will be necessary to access the blower motor to see if there is power reaching it. If there is power reaching it and the motor does not turn on, then it will need to be replaced.
