For some reason, I'm unable to shift gears while the engine is running (this has gotten worse over last few weeks). However, I can shift into any gear while the car is off and then start and run it. To shift gears, engine would need to be turned off, gear shifted, and then engine restarted. The clutch was recently replaced, although I'm not sure whether this has anything to do with the problem.
sometimes the clutch is not the problem may it is in the pressure plate or in the clutch disk you cannot shift when the engine is running so you must turn off the engine and shift it and start it again so the best thing to do is go to a specialized mechanic
