My 2004 elantra needs all brake pads rotors 2 front calipers brakelines and solenoid

Car check engine light has been on since Jan or Feb when started having to top off brake fluid whenever I needed to drive the car also gear wouldn'tgo into park until after the weather warmed up in may or June. Last winter gear cable was shorten to address the problem however the problem returned this winter also. EST said needed all pads rotors, front 2 calipers, brake lines, and gear cable and solenoid. How much should it cost for all repairs? Also hit pot hole in april or may and also started hearing spinning sound coming from right front. Needs 02 sensor which was purchased but hasn't been put on and may need a cam shaft sensor which I have already ordered. Can put these on myself however.
