Both Headlights and fog light are out, Fuses are good, Battery & Alternator good

Both low beam headlights are out and driver fog light. Working fine & perfectly in the morning.
Checked fuses: All fuses in engine and under dash board (under steering wheel)are good!
Battery & Alternator are great. Did a test!
New changed Headlight relay, under dashboard (under steering wheel)
Any ideas??

Nothing. After starting both Headlights are out and Fog light.
