why only ehen i turn the steering wheel

Is this when driving, or sitting still, engine running, or off? Does the noise seem to be coming from inside or outside the vehicle?

Sounds as if you have a bad CV Axle go to your local shop and have them check it, but i am pretty sure they will see a busted boot on either side.
