My car shakes/vibrates when I try to get speed.what can it be?

Possible failing wheel bearings. common issue on the Elantra. Need inspected to be sure.

Unbalanced tires maybe need an alignment. My car does it too it's a 01' 5spd ls and about 60-120 shakes hard core. I don't think it shuts off.
