My 2002 Hyundai Elantra will not start I have replaced the head gasket radiator alternator belt spark plug spark plug wires and the battery what else should I replace an order to get it to start again

Most recent replacement would be the head gasket after putting it together it was knocking on the left side of the motor over by the timing belt and it still will not start I have a new battery or used battery so that is not the problem I need help getting my car to start again and run smoothly if there is anybody that can give me help I would greatly appreciate it such as funds are not available in the amounts mechanics would require to get it running again due to covet would appreciate continuous contact in order to get it started and running again please
