Most recent replacement would be the head gasket after putting it together it was knocking on the left side of the motor over by the timing belt and it still will not start I have a new battery or used battery so that is not the problem I need help getting my car to start again and run smoothly if there is anybody that can give me help I would greatly appreciate it such as funds are not available in the amounts mechanics would require to get it running again due to covet would appreciate continuous contact in order to get it started and running again please

Hello, it's quite possible, based on the knocking noise described, that you have an internal engine concern. The engine may not even turn. It's possible timing was not set properly. It's all guessing, though, because we can't see the car and never worked on it. There are so many variables at play here with all this work having been done -- and no real understanding as to why.
