ive replaced the tps and the iscv on my 02 Elantra but its idling at 3500 rpms

i have also reset the computer but it is still idling around 3500-4000 rpms. what should i do?

What makes this problem better or worse?

the only thing that helps is unplugging the iscv, but the car wont drive that way

How long has your 2002 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?
