www.hmaservice.com Sign up at that web site, provided by Hyundai themselves. It's the same technical information Hyundai Platinum technicians use. And the best part - it's free. You will find all you are seeking at that site once you find your way around.
Check dash fuse box fuse 16 (10 amp) and 30 amp fuse link in engine compartment fuse box (pink). Head lamps have a 10 amp fuse each to protect the circuit, and a relay. The light switch grounds the bulbs to operate the lights on high or low beam. There is a company that independent auto repair shops buy their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online Look in your owners manual for fuse identification, Check here http://repairpal.com/automobile-owners-manuals-online or try this link you may be able to down load a free copy of the owner's manual for your vehicle http://www.autousermanual.com/ Hyundai as a car manufacturer put a lot of free technical information and workshop manuals on line for Hyundai owners. Check out www.hmaservice.com lots of great information.
