how do i replace the bulb as the third bright light

The in either case the plastic cover must be removed to gain access to the brake light bulb, and that may include removing small circular caps to access screws, or simply lifting the cover off. If it is mounted on the rear window sill, between the speakers, there may be a fastener inside the trunk that allows the cover to be removed.
