Have balance checked on the tires themselves. That is a normal tire rotation. Suspect a balancing weight was knocked off during rotation or tire not reattached properly.
All four original rims on this vehicle should be identical. Makes manufacturing a vehicle easier if they are all the same for that production model. :) Remember original rims. I personally own a 2003 elantra and rotate back to front for tire wear all the time. I also own an Escape and and Alero all the same.

THX... when I was younger my 71 Nova u could not do this the front end locked up!
