What is your question?
No CEL or DTC's -Seemingly excessive condensation or white exhaust smoke -Rough idle after cold start (Following is seen using obd scanner and software) -High fuel trims at idle and coast (+10 to 15 LTFT) BANK 1 slightly worst -Under load, fuel trims improve with bank 1s improvement being more dramatic and will even get slightly negative at highway speeds. Bank 1 will almost always have the more extreme readings but at seemingly normal ranges under load. Bank 2 10 to 12 at no load, usually 3 to 8 while driving and down to 0 at highway speeds -Mode 6 obd data shows 0 to 60 misfires in cylinder 6 after cold start. Sometimes cylinder 3 or 4 will register 1 - I have observed that after cold start and idle rough, the cylinder 1 spark advance will be a negative number. As soon as it crosses 0 back to positive, engine instantly smooths out and misfires stop. I can give it a little throttle while ignition (retard) is happening and instantly "fix" timing and smooth out idle.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Cold starts
How long has your 2013 Hyundai Azera had this problem?

I would focus on engine misfires before anything else. Have you performed a base engine compression test? Spark plugs - coils (or just boots perhaps, depending on test results) should be replaced if the base engine shows compression is good. Then, recheck. Fuel trim, don't forget, is based on readings at exhaust gas oxygen sensors. If you have misfires occurring, you'll have more rich fuel going into the exhaust stream. Appreciate you've done some testing, but learning workshop manuals and obtaining needed training is important too. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
