What is your question?
After completing a DIY brake job on the front brakes (rotor and pads), I noticed the car shakes at high speed down till about 40 mph, then the brakes will pulsate (that’s how it feels) until the car comes to a stop. I ended up changing the rear rotors and pads, as well as the rear calipers since the caliper frame was warped when I took it off. I’ve bled all of the brake lines that connect to each caliper. Still, a shaking persists when I brake the car at highway speeds. Outside of changing either the front caliper boots or just the entire caliper set, I’m not sure what else would be going on since changing the front brakes. I did get the tires rotated and balanced after doing the brakes on every wheel.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Braking when slowing down at highway speeds
How long has your 2012 Hyundai Azera had this problem?
Since I changed the front rotors and pads.

Vibration that only occurs when braking is entirely due to brake rotors being out of round. Even "new" rotors can be warped, depending on how they are stored. I would recommend checking for runout on all four brake rotors and resurfacing ones found with excessive runout. This will resolve the vibration concern.
