Hello, Likely without removing and disassembling the CD changer there will not be a resolution to this issue. This means that the CD changer cannot find a disc, or thinks there is a disc when there obviously is not. The one thing you can try is air duster. Do NOT turn the can upside down while spraying into the slot where the CD goes. Did that work?
