Hello, it does sound like an ABS system concern, with a "false activation" of the system being what you notice with the slight grinding and pulsing feel. You will need to have an evaluation with a diagnostic tool that has the ability to check chassis (C) related codes and then once found, can troubleshoot accordingly. Hands on testing is needed.
