How many hours to replace timing chain tensioners and total cost for 2006 Hyunda Azera?

Engine starts but there is a load knocking sound and then the engine automatically shuts off. I am told its probably a slipping or broken tensioner causing the CVVT timing to be out of sync. Also the harmonic balancer. Can you tell me the average total out the door cost to fix this and how many labor hours are required to do the job. Thanks.
