Hello, This is a common issue with several Hyundai models (since they use the same NAV units for several models), and I really hope that you are the original owner of the vehicle. If you are, the warranty will cover the replacement, if not, you may be stuck with software updates, resetting procedures, and eventual replacement out of pocket. Beware if you have to purchase one, as used units must have the anti-theft code with them to work.
