Hello, this can occur due to an electronic concern, an internal mechanical concern with the transmission, software concerns and engine and transmission mount concerns. Physical inspection should occur and a diagnostic test should be carried out on the power train. Check the transmission fluid level and ensure it does not smell burnt as well. Seek guidance from your local dealership if you are still under warranty -- the power train warranty is at least 5 years / 60,000 miles and can be 10 years / 100,000 miles if you are the original vehicle owner.
