Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your Hyundai Accent. Fault code P2191 indicates that the computer has detected that the engine is running lean. The most common causes for a lean concern on this model are a leaking or faulty PCV valve or crankcase ventilation system, a vacuum leak in the engine area itself, or a fault with the fuel pump itself being weak to where it needs to be replaced. I recommend having the fuel system tested as well as the engine checked over for any vacuum leaks as well as the PCV system checked for any concerns. Any reputable shop should be able to perform the needed diagnostics to be able to pinpoint the concern properly.
