Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your 2012 Hyundai Accent. Based on what I see here with your question is sounds like your Hyundai will not start and is only allowing a clicking noise to occur when attempting to start it, and you have already replaced the battery and starter without resolution. This type of concern can be caused by something like a corroded or damaged battery cable or connection, I recommend checking the connections to make sure they are clean and tight as well as inspecting the battery cables to see if any of the cables are damaged, bulging, or have any type of corrosion which can indicate that the affected cable needs to be replaced. I also recommend having the starter relay tested and checked to make sure it isn't loose inside the fuse panel itself. If no issues are found with either of these then it may be best to have it tested by a shop to pinpoint the concern as there are other possible causes like an internal fuse panel concern, wiring concerns leading to the starter or fuse panel itself, ignition switch or switch wiring issues, or even an internal mechanical fault in the engine among other possible causes. These tests and inspections may require special tools to help pinpoint the cause.
