Why won't my 2012 Hyundai Accent turn over or start?

Positive battery terminal shorted when tightening clamp.ECS and EPS light staying on. Will not turn over. Run a jumper at the starter relay box it will turn over but won't start .I have checked all fuses . Have power to the alternator
. Multifuses good battery is good. Not sure about immobilizer module haven't checked it. Could the sensor on the negative battery cable clamp have anything to do with this?

Hello, restore everything to factory condition and repair what needs to be repaired. Then recheck operation. You are making assumptions when you run a jumper, etc.
Don't make efforts to bypass the original set up. Get all parts repaired or replaced to ensure factory set up and then recheck.
