everytime i open my ac i getting hi temp. I already change my fan ? Any idea.

What is your question?

Why everytime i open my ac im getting overheat. And i check already the engine and regator theres no leak found and also every 20km i need to add 500ml of coolant with water. I already replace my fan but still. No luck. Really appriciate your comment and suggestion. Thanks in advance
