Engine will not turn over

What is your question?

Recently replaced the timing belt, a/c belt and alternator belt, also replaced the fuel pump. After reinstall, engine tried to crank over, we hear what sounds like belt screech. Charged battery, changed battery still the same. Any ideas? Thanks
