Why does my car want to die when i give it gas when its in park or in gear

What is your question?

When i try to start it, it wont start unless my foot is on the gas pedal. And when it finaly does start i cant give it gas or it will try and die. No acceleration in drive or reverse. When i am starting it there is a hissing noise that comes out of the throttle body only when i give it gas.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Its worse after the engine warms up
