Sorry to say, but you are not the first person to find that the drive cycle will not complete, and the readiness monitor will not set after a repair.
Hyundai recommends that all drive cycle tests be performed on a dyno, and many technicians have found it impossible to get the drive cycle to complete without a dyno.
There are about 30 steps to the procedure, and without a 20 mile open stretch of road where it is safe to drive between 0 and 55 MPH, it just won't happen.
You are best off taking it to a shop with a driveability dyno, and ensuring the gas tank is at east half full.
