Took car to get an oil change yesterday. Car drove great, no problems. After oil change car feels like to has no suspension/shock absorption. Is there a way to tell what happened & if this is normal?
I've seen twice in my 10 years owning shop - writing service, if a vehicle is lifted on a rack the shocks - struts can sometimes (very rarely) dislodge out of the cylinders and in turn there is no cushion from the shocks. If this is indeed the case the shocks - struts will have to be replaced.
Hope this helps.
