eletric spark coming from the pulley to the sub frame and i noticed that it also when you turn on the defrost the push button light comes on put a code reader on and p0300 p0301 p0304 came up and then i eraised them it quit till i turned on the defrost and it came back i tried to use the code reader again it passed but it was still sparking

Spark is coming from which pulley to the subframe? Not sure what would arc and generate a spark there. It does appear that you have cylinder 1 and 4 misfire codes, and a random misfire code. I would verify proper ignition components and renew those that seem suspect. Then recheck.
