Has anyone had any rear suspension problems after putting new tyres and alignmen

What is your question?

After getting new tyres and alignment now I have a clunck noise I've replaced sway bar bushings links trailing arm bushes I have new control arms to yet put on but only after this,could the person that done the alignment not adjusted or wrongly adjusted I no they have special settings, that are marked is this my noise

Shock holding nut or bad shock tower upper guide.

Yerh, I thought bad shock,but the noise started before putting them on ,the control arms I am doing this week,but I used my old springs its like the shock bottoming out,I am lost,as I hope when I replace control arm it has to be re alignment ,
