H3T Alpha. Grinding noises coming from steering when turning. This is random

I have replaced the rack and pinion already with upgraded bushings The noise can b faint to quite disturbing and heard and felt inside from the steering column. Another detail is i replaced the rack because of a stickin problem and later replaced the sensor on the steering column. The noise started after the rack was replaced. Although every once in awhile i thought i heard a very faint noise from the steering column inside by key. Hope this helps and not too much info
