How to fix fueling problems? Cannot fuel properly. Gas cap releases major vapor

What is your question?

When fueling gas backs up and shut off pump. Have to fuel slowly. I replaced the purge valve. still an issue. Considering replacing solenoid valve and canister vent. The engin diagnostic code is for those failures(solenoid/canister).
