how to fix fan blower & navagation moniter don't stay on

I had the same problem. If it just went out the first thing to do is check the fuse. If the fuse is OK, up under the dash on the passenger side is the blower resistor, that is a common problem and might need to be replace. Best to replace the wiring harness also. It is held in place by 2 Phillip screws. When you pull it, check and see if you see any burn spots in the connect. That is a good sign that you need to replace it.
